(November 26, 2022, 6:37 am)Definitely a 5-star rating! Don and his team, including Jessica & Katrina, made the sale of my Dad's condo a breeze. They went above & beyond, exceeding any expectations. Jessica staged the place beautifully, plus the photographs and drone footage really helped show off the condo's great location on the lake. Don's relaxed demeanor truly kept me at ease. It was a stressful time, and Don assisted with some unexpected touches. He had cleaners come in to tidy up, also movers to help remove and donate some of Dad's furniture that was no longer needed. I 100% recommend Don and the Elite Realty Group!

(August 25, 2022, 7:23 pm)Don sold our home within 15 days of being on the market. He walked us through the whole process and really helped in keeping our stress levels down with his positive nature. When we needed anything done he was right on it, he has people for everything!!!
I would most definitely recommend Don to anyone looking for a realtor.

His fellow colleagues within his office were very helpful throughout this process. When Don was unavailable for viewings, he had one of his colleagues help us out so that we never missed an opportunity. Any issues or concerns we had, he was always a phone call away any time of day. If your looking for the right agent, Don is the one to call. We can't thank him enough for his time and effort.

From start to finish, his advice was sound, his communication timely, and we always felt he was listening to us rather than telling us what we should do. Selling your home is a major decision, so if that is something in your future plans, choose a professional like Don Ranni. I would give six stars if I could.
