The difference in quality between this inspection versus the last inspector I used is astounding. When inspecting my 5000 ft² triplex, Trevor spared no detail, from the entire roof system and chimney to all cracks in the foundation. I was amazed to receive a 71 page, detailed report promptly following the inspection, including much information and photos that I know I will be referring to regularly throughout my ownership of the property.
Since moving into the triplex, I've contacted him several times with questions and recommendations for improvements I'm making, and he always responds thoroughly and enthusiastically. I highly recommend Trevor and Sentinel Home Inspection, and looking forward to using him in the years to come.
