The quality of the door is fantastic and the installation was professional. We will be getting all our doors and windows here from now on. The wait was long due to supply issues, but it was worth every minute.

(November 27, 2020, 1:31 pm)Trying to give an explanation in a review would take me hours and still not do this company justice. Mark and Tracy were very helpful and easy to deal with. They were by far the best value and their service is the best I have received in the home renovation department. The crew that was sent to our house were some of the nicest guys you could meet and they worked from start to finish and didn’t stand around. Thanks to the management and many thanks to the crew that installed the windows. I would definitely recommend and will be using them in the future. 5 stars, no bones about it.

(September 23, 2020, 10:54 pm)I cannot say enough about the positive experience I have had dealing with this company. Mark and his team are excellent to deal with. I so appreciated that everything discussed is fully documented in the estimate. The scheduling of the job is so organized and Tracy is so pleasant to deal with. The crews come fully prepared with the list of work to be done and are professional, do a thorough job and clean everything up when finished. Even the prompt follow up on a warranty item has been timely and excellent. I have had them do almost all windows, two doors and some siding. They were even able to work with me to resolve an issue caused by another company by giving me some great advice on the best approach to take to solve the problem. Will definitely use them to do some remaining windows in the house and have recommended them to friends.

I knew Windows Plus would be installing my windows 5 minutes after Jamie showed up to start the quote process, Excellent service start to finish, everything happened exactly how Jamie said it would. The crew that came to install were also all great! I just bought another house and look forward to using Windows Plus once again.

So when they gave us a competitive price for siding and windows, we decided to give them a try. We were very happy with their work and so have them back again this year for more windows and siding. The crews have all been efficient and make sure to clean up after themselves, which we appreciate a lot. We've had no reservations about also recommending them to other friends and neighbours.
