After losing the key to my flagpole I contacted the manufacturer.I received an email the next day from their agent, Flag Emporium; and I spoke to Bruce, who offered to get new keys cut. I received new keys, and a much needed flag the next day! I'm in Christmas Island.

(October 22, 2021, 6:29 pm)I was as disappointed with the quality of past suppliers so searched online and found Flag Emporium. I ordered a 36" X 72" Canadian flag December 2017. I had become accustomed to replacing my flag annually due to fading and wind damaged seams and rips. One year later (and after a few 100+km storms) it still looks good. Very pleased with the quality and value.
Update - I'm back 3 1/2 years later to order a replacement flag. Can't believe the original lasted so long. Had an inquiry and customer service was very quick to respond. Wished I could give 6 stars. -

The staff were very knowledgeable and I felt they provided advice based on my best interests. They went out of their way to help me after the purchase. They were friendly and courteous from beginning to end. The price of the item was not exorbitant, in fact it was surprisingly reasonable. I highly recommend this business.

(June 23, 2017, 7:55 pm)I'm in Edmonton, found this shop through a Google search and called them (wanted to ensure they had stock before ordering) - it was 15 mins to closing time on their end, and they were able to confirm stock, process my purchase AND have it rush shipped before they closed, and my quantity was 2000 pcs. Very impressive. I haven't received the goods yet but the customer service alone is worth a 5 star review.
