I love this store. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. More than once they have gone out of their way to help me find a specific item, like Lego that had to be special ordered, so they ordered it for me. It's easy to tell that the staff treat it as more than "just a job". They're passionate about toys that inspire imagination and curiosity. I try to support local when I can, and this is my favourite local shop. Full stop. -

(August 6, 2021, 6:21 pm)Amazing staff! I have been hunting for my lost tangle toy for years and couldn't find a replacement. Not only did the staff find me replacements to order in, a lady was kind enough to give me her own purple tangle toy up front, I did pay for it but it was the gesture that counted and meant the world to me. I have disabilities myself and I'm very picky with colors and textures so this was that most amazing store experience I have ever had. Keep up the lovely work
