(December 21, 2022, 4:21 pm)My son had to have his toenail removed on one of his big toes. The second should have also been fully removed. He asked them to fully remove it but he was told they needed to just treat the hang nail in one corner of his nail. He payed $75 for assessment fee and $700 out of his pocket for there failed treatment. The procedure did not take and he was told to come back and have it fully removed. They booked him an appointment and I was told he would not have to be reassessed because they already saw the issue and failed on it. When he showed for what was supposed to be his toenail removal, they charged him another $75 assessment fee and booked him another appointment for the toenail to be removed in January now. He is going to be charged another $350 for the toenail to be removed this time fully. My son is Autistic and working a minimum wage job.
Update - The surgery will be going ahead and my concerns with their service has currently been dealt with. I am hopeful all will go much better this time. -

She understood my needs for indoor footwear and together we found some solutions that should work with my particular ankle situation. She was very understanding about the need to 'test-drive' the sandals indoors over a period of a week, with flexible options. I would highly recommend her for future customers. Thanks so much!

(September 28, 2022, 11:22 pm)Dr Fable was very attentive to my issues and helped me understand my foot issues and made suggestions as to the proper footwear which would help alleviate my foot pain. Leah Rutledge was so helpful in helping me pick out the best sneakers and hiking boots for my feet and ensured they fit properly. Now I can get back to enjoying my long walks and hikes. Thanks.

Dr. Sneyd was professional, thorough, and explained things clearly. We felt engaged with his personable style. Staff members were great in making suggestions about our foot care and footwear. In our books, Comfort Orthotics is a “top drawer” operation!
