(October 29, 2020, 2:26 pm)So, Bairds came out to pump our tank. During the visit the outlet pipe was damaged. The technician tried everything to fix it but couldn't. Next morning I got a call from James saying they would have someone come out to fix it and would cover the cost. James called back with an updated on plumbers ETA. Problem was fixed with absolutely no stress on our end. What more could you possibly ask for these days. A business with integrity. Give these guys as much business as possible.
