(December 25, 2022, 1:11 pm)Exceptional customer service! It was Christmas Eve and I needed to get a new remote for my electric fireplace, as my dog decided to eat the original one. The very accommodating people at Warmth By Design said they would order one and let me know when it arrived. A little while after I got home I received a phone call from the store manager, informing me that he had actually found one hiding in their storage room. I said I would come right back into the store to get it (it would have been about a half hour drive both ways), but was told the manager would be happy to drop it off at my house on his way home, which he did and which was very much appreciated! I should also point out that this is my go to store for everything, barbeque and fireplace-related. Not only do they sell really decent stuff; they always have what you need in stock. Very highly recommended!

(June 3, 2021, 6:53 pm)Thank you so much Trina and Pops! Helped me get a new BBQ and a REALLY awesome pizza oven for the deck, after I was so disappointed that I couldn’t use my natural gas Napoleon, they really helped take the sting off! :) I will be back and I’d recommend them to anyone!
