(September 3, 2023, 8:53 pm)Went to the Military Museum on the 2nd floor of the museum complex. The collection is from local participants in WW I, WWII, and the Korean War. The artifacts are interesting but limited, and there isn’t much in the way of details.

(September 23, 2022, 11:53 pm)Dad donated his military memorabilia and service metals to the Barrington Museum so we, his children, planned a visit. We were so impressed with the staff, Samantha and Stephanie, the second floor military display, and the records and kept on the donations made by individuals like our Dad. We are grateful for the kindness and interest extended to us and left feeling that Dad had chosen well where to leave his legacy.

(September 4, 2022, 5:12 pm)We had a Fantastic visit! The tour of the Woolen Mill was extremely interesting. So was the Meeting House and all the stories the guide had. The Court House also had several interesting exhibits including artifacts from the excavations of the Fort at Port LaTour. We will be returning again soon.

(April 29, 2022, 7:54 am)Great place to visit, loved going right up to the light in the lighthouse, the view is amazing, the meeting house, and woolen mill are fascinating. We loved the gift shop in the old courthouse, filled with items made locally. Well worth the visit!!
