Nice small neighborhood fitness center but several treadmills are in need of replacement. Right now there are 4 treadmills out of service and waiting on repair.

Timberstrength is a small, locally owned gym. It's just as affordable as the large chains. It may not have the same level of features, but it's got everything you need, is clean, and you hardly ever need to wait to use equipment. If you want to support a local business and work out at a conveniently located neighorhood gym, I'd definitely recommend Timberstrength.
Old equipment, only a few members go anymore. At one time it was the Gym 2 go 2 in North Tonawanda. Most people now go 2 Crunch Gym.
Best value gym in the area, plus a terrific reciprocal membership with Fitness 19. The staff is all friendly, helpful, and interesting in good health for those who want it. Plenty of machines available, and a decent selection and size for the free weights area.
