(March 13, 2018, 7:00 pm)This studio is a beautifully remodeled space in what was once a school, in the same building as Niagara Climbing Center. Lena is an attentive and calming guide as she leads classes that are easily modified to accommodate beginners through experienced yoga practitioners. It's super convenient for me, since I can climb before or after a class.
It just opened a few weeks ago, but so far it has been fantastic. Definitely worth checking out.
