(July 24, 2019, 6:58 pm)I ended up buying a number of appliances from Orville's in Orchard Park. I had the pleasure of dealing with Shane K. for almost all the purchases. Shane has been a true professional on all counts. He has gone out of his way to answer my many emails and has provided very competitive pricing on appliances as well. If you're looking for new appliances of any type I'd give Shane and the rest of the crew at Orchard Park's Orville's a chance to earn your business. You wont be disappointed!

(June 28, 2019, 12:04 pm)I love Orvilles and have used them for years. When I buy an appliance I want to be able to talk to someone. The Orville sales team is always very friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue was when my washer was delivered it wasn't balanced because the delivery guys said they weren't allowed to put shims under it if the floor was uneven. This made me furious because my husband is in his 70s and can't do that. They need to change this policy!

This is the 3rd time I have used Orville's for a complete appliance package. I keep coming back because they are the best. If you find a better price, tell them. They won't let anybody beat them.
