(January 12, 2019, 4:12 pm)I called Air-Tec on a Saturday morning at 9:30am and my furnace was fixed by 10:30am. I was lucky Bill was in the area, but both times I've hired Air-Tec, the problem was resolved in a very timely manner. Bill is very professional, but yet personable at the same time. The receptionist is very friendly as well. This wasn't the first time I called Air-Tec and won't be the last.

(September 15, 2018, 10:03 pm)Just had service done as my air conditioner decided not to work of course on the hottest day possible. Called Bill he came right over within 30 minutes on a Saturday. The unit was fixed and up and running within 30 minutes. I definitely recommend him he was quick and got the job done and was a pleasure to talk to.

(August 22, 2018, 10:21 pm)Very honest guy. My issue was an easy fix and there was naturally a minimum service charge, but I didn’t expect charity work. Plus, I’ll take that any day over the dishonesty I’ve experienced with several other local companies.
