(August 6, 2019, 11:56 pm)All I can say about the Hamburg West Harris is WOW! And their salesman Nate is absolutely FANTASTIC!
I had been looking for a new pick up truck and found a couple on the car guru website that were at West Herr’s various locations in Buffalo. After asking for information about the trucks, I was immediately contacted by a salesman. He was extremely professionally, knowledgeable and offered to bring the truck to Rochester so that I could test drive it. Nate works at the Hamburg location and he brought the first truck to me in Rochester the next day. I didn’t care for that truck but found another at their Orchard Park store and Nate offered again to bring that truck out to me. He did this with out hesitation, with such great customer service, I decided to buy that truck. Once again, Nate drove the truck back to Rochester so that I could sign all the paper work & take delivery of my Laramie Longhorn at one of the Rochester locations. I feel Nate went above and beyond to help with my truck buying experience, it was pleasant, no stress and actually a joyful occasion. If you need a new vehicle I highly recommend Nate at the West Herr Hamburg location. -

(July 24, 2019, 9:53 pm)Had a car mid-trip near here and was advised to get the car towed here due to the proximity to the hotels in the area. I was pleased with the professionalism of the service department in getting us back on the road in less than 3 hrs.. FYI, I was there the next morning to make sure they could get the car inspected. Many, many thanks for not delaying our vacation!

(May 2, 2019, 1:01 am)OUTSTANDING, EXCELLENT support and concerns. Quickly diagnosed the issue(s) called for authorization and completed the work, all in less than 24 hours. Probably would have been quicker if the part was in their stock. Had to wait until the following morning. It's not a complaint by any means. Can't have every part in house. Especially for a 2002 Corvette Z 06 and this particular part rarely fails. In fact I haven't heard of anyone having the same issue.
In conclusion, keep on doing what you're doing. GREAT support...
