I filled out everything online and gave them the information of the person I was communicating with and claim they had no record of it. That was annoying. What's the point of starting everything online.
Though they were not able help me get another car the young salesman Chris was very nice and patient. He also gave me some good advice. -

The sales associate Anthony was phenomenal and did everything in his power to make sure my mother walked out with a vehicle and he did just that. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service and making a very very happy woman out of my mother! Especially now that we know we have a perfect vehicle for her newest grandchild to come home in, in style ❤️

Joe Fallata has been amazing from start to finish.. he has made my car buying experience easy and less stressful! I have had some credit issues but they were able to get me in a brand new vehicle at a price I could afford!! Thank you Joe and James Mitsubishi for making my day!! I am impressed and will recommend you guys to everyone I know!

The guys we worked with to figure out which vehicle was best for her and work the figures to where she was comfortable with the payments were fantastic. We were not looking for a stuffed shirt professional kind of treatment and within a few minutes of talking we were relaxed and open to hearing the options that were available. They worked hard at getting her a vehicle she was happy with and that could fit her budget!!! She is now a proud owner of a new SUV!!!! Thank you Angelo and Zack!!!! We hope that we have started a new friendship and look forward to seeing you again when she comes in for service in the future!!!!????
