(July 25, 2019, 9:33 pm)I was having an issue with my Jet Ski on a morning that I was on vacation with my family. We called Appolson’s to ask if they would be able to help with the issue. The asked me to bring the Jet ski in and I took it there within 20 mins. Upon arrival I meet with Joe a technician that works there and he was able to look at my Jet Ski and figured out the issue in the matter of mins, after that he was able to fix the issue with out any problem. Joe was a great guy and had excellent knowledge of the Jet ski and how to fix it . I was only at the service area for 15 mins. Joe was able to get me back to enjoying my vacation with my family very fast. I would recommend buying any of there products Jet skis or four wheels. Purchasing my Jet ski there was a breeze and I take it in every summer to get oil changes and summarizing and the service Department is has great service and knowledge. If you are looking for a purchase or for service I would definitely recommend coming here. Ask for Joe !

(March 20, 2019, 7:31 pm)I brought my 2017 Polaris 800 Rush XCR in for service as I was having a problem with my actuator controlling my exhaust valves. Service replaced the actuator however it still had a problem clearing the codes. As I was taking the next day off from work to ride with my buddies, Jim Appolson was kind enough to lend me their 850 XC Indy Demo sled for me to ride the next day. I was so impressed with Demo sled I decided to purchase it. this is the forth sled I have purchased from Appolson's Performance and have always received excellent customer service from all their staff, and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
