Buying automobiles has always been very stressful for me, but with the help of my salesman, Franky Miranda, who has customer service skills far above and beyond any expectation I might have had, and the assistance of Scott Chaffee, it made what is normally an unpleasant experience a pleasurable one. Although I Hate car shopping and always feel I’m being “bamboozled.” NOT with RONNIE. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE ME HAPPY. I went to Fuccilo Chevy because I've heard they could help people with all credit. I was impressed with the customer service that I was shown. They helped me find the car I wanted n obtain the financing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle.

Melissa was incredibly friendly and helpful, got me into the used Chevy Trax I was hoping to find. The showroom is clean and bright, the selection amazing, and everyone was helpful. None of the games that so often are a part of being a car buyer. Just great prices, great service, and a great experience.

I am not a car person so I appreciate Fuccillo for helping me each step of the way. Ronnie sold me my 2013 Impala back in 2015 and I have had no issues with the used car. Also the service desk is great with oil changes, inspections and tire rotations. I called at 8am and had an appointment by 10am. Steve of the service team was extremely friendly and helpful. I plan on making my next purchase at Fuccillo due to my last 4 years of good experiences with the dealership.
