My last car dealer when I took my vehicle in for service it was HORRIBLE. I once waited 3 hours for an oil change... because they forgot to tell me my car was done. I should mention this was 3 hours in a trailer because they were remodeling and that was where the waiting area was. Ugh.

I was worried about Fuccillo Hyundai, where I bought my newest car last year, but so far I can say with confidence their service is AMAZING. They seem really good about scheduling and getting you in and out and their waiting area is very nice. I actually took pictures of their bathrooms the first time I went there and sent them to my mom I was that impressed. They sit down and go through what they did and are extremely helpful and kind when you ask questions.
