(December 28, 2022, 5:30 pm)I was very hesitant to come here because of past experiences not being entirely helpful but since it was the holidays, I didn’t really have a choice.
I think I was lucky that I came in when I did because I was in a room in less than 15 minutes. Wait times always depend on how many people are there so the clinic can’t really control that.
Dr. Lucy was really great. I could tell from the moment she walked in that she was empathetic and would listen to what was going on with my body. She looked at all the pictures and videos of evidence of my pain and she was very thorough with the exam.
She was really caring and said that I have a really bad chest infection and then prescribed me with all the meds I needed as well as all the information on how to use the inhalers and possible side effects of the medications. She listened to all my questions and did not rush me whatsoever.
I left feeling satisfied that I was listened to after months of pain and discomfort. I can’t speak for the rest of the doctors but Dr. Lucy was excellent. -

(October 23, 2022, 4:22 am)Thee receptionists are always nice and very polite. They make me feel welcome. The doctors are very professional and to the point. I recently changed my family doctor to one of the doctors here. I haven't gotten better care anywhere.
