Excellent service! I needed my windshield replaced due to a chip and crack. I initially had an appointment with another glass shop, but they rescheduled me for 3 days later because they needed to order and wait for the part. I needed it done sooner and I found Mr Autoglass with great reviews. I called him Tuesday morning. Dropped off my car Wednesday noon, and it was ready by 2pm the same day. Very efficient and good customer service.

Our car's front windshield was kicked in, yes.. Kicked in on a Sunday..... Mr. Auto answered our call.. We were able to drop off the car after the cops left... He prepped for installation the next day. We even got the car early and were outta Winnipeg by noon.. Excellent service.. Don't stay in the hotels downtown without safe parking..

well we all know the feeling when something happens to our vehicles. My 2014 Chevy Cruze had the right side rear triangle window smashed. Happened to me this past Sunday. After figuring from MPI website that i did not need to go to them first and just go to the shop of my choice. I researched shops within my area. Mr Auto Glass came up with good reviews so i thought why not? I called first thing at 9am, by 930 my car was at the shop. by 1215 pm my car was ready. Fantastic service. They advised, based on my policy to make an online police report. This made the process even better as MPI waives the deductible in my case. To be complete in 3 hours is very comforting. I completely recommend this service to anyone that needs auto glass replacement is a timely manner. You will not be disappointed.

Update -- May 28 2022 .. Car window smashed again...same window ...at least I knew what to do. First filed the online police report. Called Mr Auto Glass at 1230pm made appointment for Monday at 9am. I was totally ok with this being a weekend and all. He called me at 430 today and asked if i could bring the car back as the window came in. I popped over and in 45 min it was complete. I cannot say enough good things about service levels like this. You will not go wrong if you need a window replaced! Call Mr Auto Glass. Before and after photos below.
