Took the wrinkles out of our carpet was very polite and courteous and explained everything he was doing. The job was completed within the hour to our satisfaction. James surely knew what he was doing and very experienced in removing wrinkles from our carpet. Thank you James.

You can see in photos that our cat dug a hole in the carpet right down to the felt. The repair was quick and well done, James was timely and a great communicator, and the price was super affordable.

He did an excellent job getting rid of them as well as installing more of the tack boards to hold it down.
Great value for your money. The carpet is relatively new and I didn’t want to have to buy new. Thanks James, you did a great job and your a personable guy. I would definitely recommend him for ant carpet or flooring issues you may have. -

We called James and he came the next day - he had assessed the damage via photos and gave us a quote. He was quick and professional, and did a fantastic job repairing our carpet. Zero issues or hassle, very kind and thorough.
