(January 28, 2023, 12:09 am)Have been a member for over 7 months and love the gym. Easily the cleanest gym i’ve ever been to and has the greatest array of machines and top quality equipment. The staff Paul and Melissa are great and are very knowledgeable to answer any question you have about fitness.

The owners of the gym , Melissa and Paul are friendly , supportive , and always encouraging. It’s a one stop shop that offers sports therapy, athletic gear , personal training / nutrition, and more.

(August 21, 2022, 4:17 am)I love this gym. I’m one of those people who can always find a reason to not work out, or to give up on fitness. I’ve done it more times than I can count. This gym seems to defy that. Melissa and Paul are so helpful and welcoming. They got advice if I need it, and offer so much at their gym. The selection of machines and equipment is crazy. Literally anything I might want to use is there. Another thing I love about this gym is all the other members. Every one I’ve talked to is super cool. That certainly helps the overall vibes of the place. Everything is kept very clean and well maintained. I like this place enough that I’ve managed to go almost daily for a month. I can go on and on about this gym. Easy 5 stars!

(April 29, 2022, 2:16 am)This gym is perfect for both the neighborhood gym goers as well as anyone getting into bodybuilding. The equipment is top notch, Melissa and Paul are fantastic people who are an absolute wealth of knowledge. This gym is not intimidating, and trust me, the staff (Melissa and Paul) will help you with anything and they want you to ask questions. Sports therapy is available here, personal training with staff who actually know what they are talking about, workout gear plus an all around great vibe. I very highly encourage anyone and everyone to at least stop in and have a look at this place. You will not regret it!
