  I have been using Snap Fitness at 3900 Grant Ave for approximitly 2 years. I find the equipment I use to be like new, meets my needs and user friendly. The entire facility has been recently renovated and is like new, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I particularly like the 24 - 7 accessibility which means I can plan my visits during less busy hours. I would recommend to anyone.

  Very difficult to complete my workout to there being zero air circulation. It's warm in there to start. One tiny fan at the far end for the entire gym. Could use some more weight plates for the squat area. I would give better rating and even get a membership if only they would control the temperature and add way more air circulation. Apparently new owners but staff said hasn't shown up in weeks. Clearly doesn't care much for his customers

  I am the new owner. I took over Jan 1, 2017 and I immediately worked to improve the overall experience of our members and continue to work hard to improve this gym. I'm now proud to say we've painted the entire gym, replaced much of the equipment, added more space, replaced all the treadmills, replaced all the flooring and trained our staff to focus on our members and their needs. There are still many more positive changes to come! If you have a suggestion on how we can further improve, please reach out to me or let our front desk staff know so that we can make our gym the best it can be. I work every day in our gyms and my top priority is exceeding the expectations of our members. Thank-you and I hope to see you in the gym!
