I'm sure we only got our home because of his professionalism and the way he does business. He was super easy to get along with and extremely helpful with all of our nagging questions. As an out-of-town seller, we appreciated his support in helping us with contractors to prepare our home, and his extensive knowledge of the current local market to help us set up a successful sale. We had multiple offers the first week, accepted one which was significantly over asking and closed within four weeks! Scott made it happen!

I put my house two times in the market and there was only two visits so far with no offer. Then I came in touch with Scott. Since Scott put the house in the market, there was so many people visited my house and quite a few offers as well. It was overwhelming. He sold my house within a very reasonable period. We have few issues in my house due to tenant but Scott resolved these issues very professionally without any complication. I highly recommend Scott for anyone who wants to sell his or her house. He is also a very trustworthy, family person, and an EXCELLENT REALTOR.
