He answered any questions I had clearly and quickly. He made the transaction easy for me, and the house sold quite quickly.
He is very professional, but at the same time very down to earth and easy to talk to.
As he has lived in Kamloops his entire life I would recommend him to anybody who wants a knowledgable realtor.
His approach is low-key, so you will not feel pressured in any dealings with Brock.

We hadn’t expected such a quick sale and had to quickly switch from sellers to buyers. Brock was very patient. He showed us many properties and was instrumental in helping us find a home that met our needs. He made the whole process seamless.
Brock is professional, knowledgeable about the market and realistic about pricing. I would highly recommend Brock Balson. He loves what he does, and it shows. -
