Through a low-pressure approach, she took the time to understand what our housing needs were and navigated us through the competitive market until we found the one. Her sage advice is likely the reason we were successful in our house bid, and that extended all the way to close. Melanie is a responsive, supportive gem that made this process a lot less frustrating and stressful, and I would absolutely recommend her.

Though it was a long journey (due to the market boom) Melanie stayed positive and supportive throughout. She was always available to answer questions and was able to quickly arrange showings. We will definitely be using her again in the future.
