It feels social (we have a few giggles) welcoming and we are a group of people who are receiving significant personal instruction and feedback. I have learned a lot and I especially like not having to drive to a studio in the rain or snow.

Beginner’s stretches and movements are modified to deepens one’s range of movement.
I love her practical tips of how to practice while engaged in other activities. -

She really takes pride in making sure we do the exercises with proper form and goes to great lengths to make sure we understand. She changes the exercises around often so we don’t get bored. I’ve been working with Heather for over a year now and I highly recommend Heather!
