(August 17, 2019, 2:30 am)Before CrossFit I was in the gym using same weights everyday and wasn’t getting results. Since joining CrossFit I have become physically and mentally stronger. It is the most challenging and rewarding experience I have ever encountered. It is such a supportive community and I’m proud to call it my second home!

(August 29, 2018, 8:42 am)When I travel I generally try to drop in at a box, and I was very happy that I did during my visit to the Sunshine Coast. This was one of my best drop-in experiences yet, the coaching staff and members were friendly and very supportive during our WOD. If I'm ever back in Gibson's I would happily go back.
