They helped us through the most important transaction of our lives and made moving to the coast and into our dream home a total breeze. During the process they were always close at hand to answer our many questions and we found them to be prompt, knowledgeable and really pleasant to deal with the entire time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others and would like to formally say thank you to both Ed and Allen for their guidance and expertise. We haven't looked back and are loving every minute of our new life!!

They are professional but also real people who genuinely care about their clients. We feel like they are family. We highly recommend The Coast Team if you are looking to buy or sell.

The negotiations and signing of forms was simple, though we do not live near the agents or the buyers. Ed and Allen took care to explain every detail and make it easy for us.
