It came down to not getting the professional advice we needed. Our situation involved timing the sell of our former home, moving from out of town, and a market high with several properties in multiple offer situations. From the initial meeting, to signing our accepted offer Melissa was there for us every step of the way. She has extensive knowledge of the Sunshine Coast and helped us find exactly what we were looking for within our budget. We can’t say enough great things and know you’ll feel the same!
