Your session as helped me recenter in who I really am and what I want to share with the world 🌎. I am so grateful to have participated to your wonderful and helpful music sessions and I recommend it as an experience for anyone who feels overwhelmed or anxious about the pass , the present or the future. Sarah was so welcoming and friendly. we've never done anything like this before and she guided us through a lovely hour of yoga, sound and medatation. Amazing way to start the day and looking forward to our next visit.

I am grateful that Sarah shared her gift with me. A truly unique experience. The lunch provided was delicious and I love the fact that all the food was from her farm.

While the studio is a bit on the cold side during the winter (best to bundle up!), it’s a welcoming and pleasant space to be in. I’m thankful for the services Sound Seed Yoga provides, and look forward to using a few of my sessions a bit later in the Spring!

(July 30, 2022, 7:27 pm)Sarah lead yoga class through a gentle grounding and opening of the chakras which I responded to with a much needed and very powerful emotional release. The sound bath afterwards was super relaxing and the perfect way to welcome in the new moon. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to give it a try!
