The energy awakened has been amazing to me... helping with anxiety and depression as well as supporting improvements in my physical health and mobility. I will be heading back to my job 20 lbs lighter and mentally and spiritually healthier than I have been in more than a decade! Thank you Sabina, Kundalini and the one on one time has been a key component to my wellness journey- one that I will continue for sure!!! Sat Nam!🙏

I have done Kundalini Yoga with Sabine for about a year. Yoga has had a huge impact on my whole life; body, mind and soul.
Physically, my breathing has improved and I can now breathe more easily through my nose and I snore much less at night. My hips which have been stiff for several years are much looser and no longer ache. Overall I am physically more limber.
My mind is calmer and more content in my journey to understand my True Self.
Sabine is an amazing motivator. She uses humor to encourage . She is passionate about teaching yoga as a tool to help people let go of stress and negative emotions. Sabine is truly an Ambassador of the Soul. -

(March 2, 2020, 6:38 am)Sabine is exactly the person you want as your yoga teacher. Every class, every minute of every class, she dedicates her heart. I would recommend to give it a try, you do not need any previous experience. You do not need to be a yoga superstar doing handstands and crazy complicated poses to qualify for these classes. All you need is an open mind and an open heart, and you will do just fine!

(April 13, 2018, 3:59 am)Sabine is amazing. I was really down emotionally and stumbled upon the website for her one on one yoga. I signed up but didn’t make it to my appointment. Instead of leaving it at that, she reached out to me and asked if I would like to try again. Her contacting me was the beginning of a change I needed. It got me out of the house, and no one else in my life was pushing me to do that. Thank you Sabine! Both Sabine AND Kundalini are beautiful and beneficial!

I learned some great breathing techniques from her of which I used a lot during pregnancy to help with some symptoms and they worked!!
Sabine is full of insights and inspiration! I am grateful to know her.
