Even though I knew she was busy as heck with other deals, she always made me feel like her priority. She gave honest feedback on every place we viewed, wasn’t afraid to disagree with me, and could always back up her position. She knows her numbers and was great at helping us manage the offer process. I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Sea to Sky corridor.

(November 10, 2020, 6:44 am)Madison has been awesome to work with to get our ski condo in Whistler.
We are from California, trying to get a condo in Whistler during a pandemic, and with border closed. Not being able to see the properties in person, we completely relied on Madison, her insights and guidance, and most importantly, her hard work and patience (yes, patience, as we have been looking for 6 months!!).
But much more than that, Madison knows many other Realtors, has great insights into what's going on, which truly helped us determine how to structure offers and negotiations. And, crossing fingers, thanks to Madison's great negotiation, we are close to getting our vacation condo.
Beyond finding the condo, Madison also knows many other great professionals we need to close the transactions, and had introduced us to wonderful loan brokers, lawyers, accountants, and so on.
Last, but not least, Madison is down-to-earth and just super easy to chat with. In other words, she is just an all-around great person, not just a great Realtor.
In summary, it is hard to imagine a better Realtor than Madison - we just feel super fortunate to have found her!!
