Her marketing plan sets her apart from other realtors. Though the market had slowed considerably, her marketing made the launch of our property a huge success - we had a sale within a couple days at a price that was better than expected.

(June 25, 2018, 12:22 am)Denise moved quickly to prepare pictures, descriptions, 3D motion pictures, prepare advertising via multiple delivery systems so the day our property hit the MLS, everything was available and was sent to potential buyers. We received a full price offer within one day of our property being listed due to Denise and her team's efforts and ability to put everything together quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with Denise, her suggestions, approach and follow through and whole heartedly recommend Denise to anyone who is thinking of selling their Whistler property.
