(October 15, 2022, 10:01 pm)I started working with Amanda in 2021 with the intention of looking good for a wedding. In the year I have worked with Amanda and Kyle fitness has become so much more to me than the way I look (Bonus: I look better than ever!)
They have taught me how to move in a way that supports my body, prevents injury and will allow me to do the things I love for a very long time.
Working with The ReAlignment Lab has taught me how capable I am and improved my mental health and fitness immensely.
They are so accepting and welcome you and the stories you tell yourself around fitness, Amanda and Kyle are adaptable to your needs and provide a high caliber of training and endless knowledgeable.
I have loved working with them for the past year and am looking forward to many more to come.
Cannot recommend them enough, come join us in Kyle Kamp!

They are constantly offering tips and feedback to help you move better and get the most out of every workout based on your body, your needs, your lifestyle, and any injuries or limitations you might have. I can't say enough good things about these two. So glad I found them!!!

From the start of my sessions to the end, I saw great improvement in my physical and mental ability. The sessions greatly improved my performance and offered variety to keep me motivated. Amanda’s attention to detail, enthusiasm, compassion and working on creating strong fundamentals is what sets this apart. The ReAligment lab has also created a wonderful community of people. Meeting and making news friends from the group was an unexpected bonus!
