It all started on Facebook messenger. (Is this available?)
They answered me promptly and were very informative. It took the better part of a year and half before we could complete the deal. They were patient with me, they never got frustrated with my calls or emails.
I can’t say enough good things about the customer service from the installer to billing and payment. I did shop around and there was a sauna dealer that was located closer to me. I was blown away with how well they treated me, and the price was very competitive to the marketplace.
If you are looking for a sauna, look no further - these guys are the best at what they do! -

Installed in 1 day, very professional work done by Andrew, very impressed with the quality of the wood used to make the sauna, looking forward to using it 12 months of the year, sound investment and relaxation benefits for family enjoyment in the backyard!!!

The team is incredible informed and super helpful with all the details needed when bringing a sauna into your life. The product itself looks amazing, works incredibly well and is a very nice addition to your family. If you need a sauna - are in the Lower Mainland - the whole process is a smooth and easy one.

The electric is so convenient for daily use, you push a button wait 10-20 minutes and your spa time awaits. Also, the size on the inside of the sauna is so much more spacious than we expected. If you plan to have friends or family join in there’s more than enough space. I also recommend having a team member build it. They were super friendly, professional and it took about 5 hours.

Kris and Andrew have been responsive to all my questions throughout the process and we’re able to complete the build faster then expected.
The quality of the product is superb and installation by Josh was perfect. The smell of that fresh cedar is wonderful to walk past every day.
I would highly recommend the Nootka Sauna brand to anyone looking for a high quality barrel sauna
