(April 3, 2019, 5:17 pm)North Yoga is the embodiment of kindness. I had not done yoga in 20 years, given that my last experience of yoga was ego-based, and I found that intimidating and unpleasant. I had to muster courage to finally try yoga again, and I am grateful to have found North Yoga. Here is a place where the individual can engage in love for one's own body and mind, with the professional and kind guidance of the teachers. There is a feeling of connection with self and others that is hard to put into words. I think perhaps the best word is love.

(March 14, 2018, 10:16 pm)North Yoga is an amazing studio to practice yoga in Squamish. The studio is bright, spacious and very welcoming. The staff provide a warmness to the studio and all of the instructors have an unbelievable gift for teaching yoga. They have a variety of classes and times that allows something to work for everyone. I love going to the studio and glad it is a part of my life! And if you have never been to a Nicaragua yoga retreat through North Yoga - I highly recommend it - AMAZING!!
