(October 27, 2020, 4:49 pm)We had the unfortunate experience of needing a tow after hitting some black ice. From the moment we called, the dispatcher Audra, arranged for Steve to come tow us out of the ditch. Steve took my Range Rover and stored in his shop in Keremeos until such time it could be flat decked back to Coquitlam. Two days later my vehicle was delivered by Ron who also was very professional. My hat goes off to all three who definitely made this experience one that wasn't as bad as it could've been. Thanks to you all!

(September 18, 2020, 2:05 am)They did the repair on time and to showroom condition .All work guaranteed as long as I own the vehicle. All staff very friendly and let you check how the work is coming along and explain what they are doing. I would definately recommend them to do any collision repairs.
