(September 20, 2020, 3:33 am)WOW is all I can say about this excellent auto service business. My van totally quit on me heading out of Osoyoos on a long weekend. Even though I was much later arriving to his shop than I said I would be, Dean actually waited for me when he really was planning to go out of town for the weekend and had closed up shop. Unfortunately, because my car is a Japanese import - right hand drive, with all the controls and warning lights written in Japanese, he wasn't able to fix my vehicle. KUDOS to you Dean for your professional effort!

(September 1, 2020, 10:23 pm)Visiting from Vancouver and got a misfire in cylinder 2, car was shaking and I was worried we'd have to leave it here since we have to go back tomorrow morning. Called few shops with high ratings on google, only Deans Garage told us to bring the car in and helped us right away, others didn't even want to look at it for couple days.. It turned out to be a simple repair which they took care of and the car is running great again. Hope my cars won't break in Osoyoos in future, but if they do, I'll be seeing you.

(August 26, 2020, 5:08 pm)They got my family and I home to Burnaby after all my power steering fluid leaked leaked out the last day of our stay. I really appreciate the effort to get us in and on the road home with such short notice and how busy the shop was..

(July 25, 2020, 1:07 pm)On a recent trip to Vancouver, our truck broke down heading out of Osoyoos. I googled the closest garage, which happened to be Deans, and we made it there just as he was closing. He took a look, ordered the part right then and there, and had us back on the road first thing the next morning. I was so grateful for the excellent and kind service we were given.
