Desperate to get my furnace going, Terry accommodated my work schedule in a pinch, which was a first of many reasons why I chose to recommend him. Super friendly and Co-VID courteous on arrival, it quickly became clear that this guy possessed old school work ethics and had multiple trade talents, so I immediately felt comfortable and confident for him to work on my furnace. He shared his knowledge and expertise with me, detailing my heating issues. Within a short time, furnace was running, and I happily ( yes, happily) paid the fair and reasonable bill. No question - I will be using this service again!!

(January 9, 2020, 5:00 pm)After 3 other companies came to "fix" my gas fireplace, only Terry was able to get it working properly. Fantastic customer service; came as soon as he could, took the fireplace apart, showed me the actual parts and explained why they needed to be replaced and completed the job at a reasonable price. What's not to like! As well, I appreciated the booties being worn over the shoes in my home and the blanket on the floor to protect it. GREAT JOB!!
