We had an accepted offer and pulled out even on a tight deadline due to issues with the house, and she went into overdrive to find us the perfect place. She's friendly, knowledgeable and works so hard to get you in the best place possible!

They were patient as we traveled from mainland to look at homes over several weeks and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.
In short, Shelly was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with them was that they were always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than they was on closing a deal. We would recommend Shelly and Grace to anyone. -

She just helped secure an AMAZING cash offer on our North Nanaimo home after being listed for only 3 days. Everything was organized for us from staging, to photography/video, online listing, and the orchastrating of numerous showings. She was always available to answer our questions.

Always willing to go an extra mile to help with things, super patient if things don't quite work with a house, and gets back to you so fast that you wonder if she is ever away from her phone. This is someone you feel understands your wants or needs, and has your back. If I had to hunt for a house again, I would definitely get her as an agent. Thank you so much Shelly.
