People told me, it will be near impossible to buy a detach home. Graeme, helped me through it all. He made the process of acquiring a house smooth and manageable. Now, I am enjoying my detached house with a huge backyard and nestled in a very good community. Thanks Graeme! See you on my next purchase!

We all know the market has been absolutely insane, but despite all those ups and downs, Graeme always had a solution to anything that came our way. He went above and beyond is so many ways throughout our home purchasing journey, and could not recommend him more if you are looking for a realtor. Graeme Macphail and David Hayward were fantastic. They know the Island and area so well helping us “newcomers” in the search for the right home. They took such care in getting to know us and our requirements, showing us many homes. Graeme and David were quick to respond to our questions, doing diligent research. After some hits and a few misses, we landed on a beautiful home, better than what we imagined. We highly recommend Graeme and David and can’t thank them enough!
