Marilynn is exceptionally attentive, follows up frequently every step of the way, and went way beyond any expectations we could have expected from a Realtor.
Even though the house we ended up purchasing (thanks to Marilynn) was hours away from her location, she never disappointed, and was always there with us. We fell in love with a foreclosure property that was absolutely perfect for our needs, and Marilynn even helped us get it at more than $50,000 below the original foreclosure price.
Both my wife and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Marilynn Kennedy from Realty Executives Mid Island -- you won't find better or more thorough caring service.
