Raised the rent on us by $22 when our building was sold to Devon Properties. They have not called me back about it either
Beautiful views, very well built, almost soundproof.
I love living here; the staff is very helpful.
Mind you, the place could be cleaner, but some apartments are under construction at the moment. The building has a great potential, so does the landscaping.
