Holly works around the clock and was available 7 days/week when we had any questions or needed information. She also lined up an insurance agent, and the appraiser and was very organized with everything we needed. (January 30, 2021, 11:33 pm)My financial planner, who I have known for years, and trust implicitly, referred me to Holly to get my first mortgage. She was personable, very helpful, and understanding. I would not have wanted to navigate the world of lending institutions without her in my camp. She went to bat for me when the lender asked for some unnecessary documentation, and got that dealt with, working into the evening on the day I needed it to meet a 'subject to' financing to secure my purchase of my new home. Once the purchase was completed she continued to offered assistance, sending me an immensely reassuring email, ' Don't be a stranger, if you have questions I'm always here.' One of the most stressful things in life is purchasing and moving to a new home, so having good people working for you makes it that much easier, and lets you focus on the move.
