He knows the city well, knows what is happening with new listings. My husband and I were impressed with his research he preliminary made for the houses, which helped us make a right decision when we decided to put an offer, which we won! Dave is very friendly and easy-going, very approachable and acts in your interests. We recommend Dave to all our friends and will be working with him in the future!
