We were quite some time selling our house and Tom stayed with us for the long haul. Besides being a very likeable, honest and hard-working fellow, we always enjoyed Tom's company. He is front and centre with his website which provided us with a great deal of exposure for our home. He kept us updated regularly on the market situation, most often with visits to our home, and was always frank but positive. He is the kind of fellow that when you have finally completed the deal and sold your home, you want to keep the friendship going.

This is a man who not only works hard but also has your best interest in mind. Tom listed our home, and two months later, in a tough market, through his efforts it was sold at 98% of the asking price. After every open house or showing he called with feedback. He suggested changes and ideas that improved buyer reaction to our home. We were pleased at every turn with his professionalism and thoroughness. We would not hesitate to recommend him.
