We work out of our home and have some unique needs which can be challenging to meet. The third property Carol showed us fit the bill perfectly. What few issues we've experienced have been dealt with promptly, professionally, and completely to our satisfaction. With absolutely no hesitation, we recommend 460!

(December 26, 2018, 4:30 pm)I had the absolute pleasure meeting Carol @ 460 PM in Aug, the same month I fell for one of those rental scams and was desperate to find a home for my son and I. Right from the first initial inquiry via email of a rental posted on the very simple to maneuver website. The interaction was prompt, clear and I was very grateful when we were the one chosen to rent the suite.
What was said has been done, any repairs are and have been dealt with so promptly.
Carol brings heart to what has been known to my world in the past as a nightmare from beginning to end in Lou of renting. She has made my families house feel like a home.
Stress free and an experience worth sharing with everyone. Thank you Carol All the absolute best in the New Year ;) -

I'm very happy with 460's management of my property/properties. -
