We hired Lionel and Clayton to sell our home and buy a smaller one in West Vancouver, as we are
now empty nesters.Both gentlemen were prompt, professional and worked hard to get our deals done. While selling our home Lionel worked tirelessly on closing the deal and was back and forth until almost midnight to get the deal done. In the end Lionel fought for our price and without a doubt, if it wasn't for him, our house would not have been closed and sold when it did. Meanwhile Clayton had a listing we wished to
