I definitely recommend him as someone trustworthy and competent; he easily overcame all the challenges to make this a worthwhile purchase decision for me. He also covered the inspection cost and brought a nice basket of chocolate on closing date which was very kind of him.

After some consideration, we selected a unit at Apex in North Vancouver. He managed to get an amazing deal with a great discount which was way above what the seller was willing to offer to us. He also broke down the deposits in a way that perfectly matched our timeline and made the whole process very smooth and stress-free for us.
He is very honest, responsive, and knowledgeable . Navid answered all of our questions patiently and in a timely manner any time of the day. I will certainly use Navid for all my future transactions and won’t hesitate to refer him to my family and friends. -

He was always available whenever we had any questions (no matter morning or night). He gave us great advice about prices in the market and how to approach our case. Due to some mortgage-related complications, we needed more time to close the deal and Navid managed to get us the time we need to close the deal. I totally enjoyed working with him and recommend him to my friend.
